Everytime I go to the store which sells low cost computer and laptop accessories, my patience is being practiced. It’s nice to buy those cheap accessories but one needs to be very patient before he/she can be served. If I could only buy items like those with similar price from other stores, I would not bother standing, waiting and buying from that store.
Whenever I go to that particular store, one thing that I notice is that sales staff seem not to be interested in assisting their customers, even though some are free to assist and you are there standing and waiting to be served, they would not assist you until your number is called. And would not bother to tell you that some sales staff from other side of the store might be available to help. It’s really frustrating! Two days ago when I went to that store to buy something, I had to wait for 10 minutes before I was assisted by the staff, the reason, it’s 10 minutes before the store officially opens. I understand that cash machine might be still closed but is it a big deal for them to assist a customer who wants to buy something from the store before it’s time, have the items ready so that when the time the store is officially open the item can be readily paid for? I really don’t understand their customer service policy! Is waiting too long the price one needs to pay for in buying low-cost items???
