One of the Ipod accessories that I want to have is a cute speaker like this:

I just had myAltec Lansing earphone and I love it a lot because the sound is so crisp and it has a noise reduction system. But sometimes having earphones plugged to the ears all the time can be tiresome, I want my ear to be free of the earphone, too. However, I want to hear the music coming from my iPod using other Ipod accessories that will also produce a great sound.

People are always curious and would always go to where there is fun (and I’m one of them!). That’s what I realized when I went to Hotair Balloon Fiesta in Pampanga on weekend. People are everywhere. They are willing to wait for a long time to watch the Hotair Balloon Night Glow program which was scheduled at 630PM. But I believe the people were not bored because there were so many activities to see and do, such as kite flying, watching sky diving and paragliding, aircraft formation flights, and rocketry demonstration. Of course, there is aircraft exhibit – you can see all kinds of small aircrafts which you don’t usually see at the airport. It was a nice experience.

I like the movie that I watched yesterday entitled, Vicky Christina Barcelona. Its story is about the two women who are bestfriends – one knows what she wants and the other one knows only what she does not want and does whatever she finds pleasurable. The woman who knows what she wants does only things according to what she plans therefore she accomplishes something while the other woman does anything which she finds new and interesting and after doing it she will try another thing and so on. She has a very unstable mind.

The movie’s plot was good enough, it was simple but you will get a lesson. The woman who knows what she wants was satisfied with her life at the end of the movie but the other woman who does not know what she wants continued to search and does not know when the search will be over.

Lesson of the movie: know what you want and you’ll get it and in the end you will be happy and satisfied.

I won in a raffle draw for the first time

For the first time, I’ve won a prize from a raffle! I thought I didn’t have luck in raffle draws, I would always join if there is a change, but I don’t expect that I would won until yesterday… It was the last prize to be given to the participants and I was telling my seatmate I don’t have luck in it so I will not be hearing my name. And the draw went on and one of the participants got one of the name tags inside the bag and it was my ID! It was an exciting moment to me. Here is the proof of my winning.

On watching movies

I don’t watch movies a lot because its price is not affordable nowadays anymore. One movie would cost about Php250 which is already equivalent to 75% daily wage of minimum wage earner! So, i just watch it on DVD which i can borrow from a friend. Recently, I watched ‘Game Plan’ and it was a great movie about a famous athlete, Joe Kingman, who just recently learned that he is a father. Being a celebrity Joe was concerned only about himself, his career and football as his life until he discovered that he is happier as a father to Payton. The movie made me cry. It’s a great movie that one shouldn’t miss, plus the star is a hunk!

On watching the movie, one of the scenes that was shown was Joe Kingman making his healthful shake which contains raw vegetables, whey protein (hey, you can try clicking http://www.proteinpowder.net if you are curious about whey proteins) and other ingredients just for himself. After that scene, when he came to know that he is a father, changed in meal was shown as the two of them eating spaghetti, next scene shake good for the two servings and other adjustments that he made as a father.

I have more movies to watch and it’s fun. I have deprived myself of movies for a long time and I guess it’s time for me to feast on movies

I didn’t know this song until just a minute ago when I saw it posted on my friend’s profile. This song made one drop of tear (yes, only 1 drop!) fell from my left eye …what an encouraging song! God has a grander plan, He knows what’s best and He makes all things work together for good for those who love Him.

One More Chance

Is the title of the heavy dramatic movie that I watched on Saturday. It’s an old movie of John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo which I heard is nice so I watched it anyway… Well I didnt know that it was very dramatic LOL but I liked the line which Popoy (John Loyd Cruz) said to his friedn who was very devastated over a break up, which goes something like this “kaya tayo iniiwan ng taong mahal natin kasi ibig sabihin meron taong darating na mas magmamahal at mas karapat-dapat sa atin” (we are being left by the person we love because it means someone who will love us better and more deserving will come). I agree to him, you need to lose someone/something so that better person/things would come.

To those who thinks that it’s the end of the world because you lost someone, look at it in a positive way. The person who broke your heart does not deserve your love, forget him/her (easy to be said than done but you can do it!). You deserve someone better.
