<p>Apple cider vinegar contains acetic, malic, lactic and citric acids. One benefit that I would like to share to you is that apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight.  It helps you by <a href="http://appetitesuppressants.com/ ">suppressing appetite</a>, and speeding up your metabolism.  According to one of the entries at http://altmedicine.about.com posted by Cathy Wong, one of the researches done about weight loss using apple cider vinegar is a 2009 study from Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry wherein 175 obese individuals were tested for 12 weeks.  The result showed that those who are vinegar drinking groups showed significant decrease in body weight, body mass index, abdominal fat and blood fat levels compared to those in the placebo group.</p>
<p>I tried drinking an apple cider drink and for me it was effective.  What I did was, every morning upon rising, I would prepare a glass of lukewarm water and I mix in one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and drink it 30 minutes to 1 hour before breakfast. I did it for about 6 months to 1 year and it helped me trim my waistline and improve my immune system.</p>

I have been reading a lot since 2011 started and I think it has affected my eyesight both in a negative and positive way &#8211; negative way because sometimes when I look at something from a distance, it appears blurry that I need to look at it again.  On the positive side, since I&#8217;ve been reading, I&#8217;m learning lol.</p>
<p>Looking at eyewear stores though gives me a second thought to buy eyeglasses if it&#8217;s not really necessary to have them because most of them are really expensive, the good ones are the least Php2000 ($45-50 eyeglasses). If I could only buy eyeglasses at less than Php500 ($ <a title="6.95 eyeglasses" href="http://www.sponsoredreviews.com/index.asp?PageAction=ViewAccount&amp;Type=AddNewAdvReviewReq" title="6.95 eyeglasses">6.95 eyeglasses</a>) then it would be perfect!  However,  the eyeglasses that I want to have, though not pricey, I want it it look nice.  It should be a quality eyeglasses and would really correct whatever the problem of my eyes is.   But I really hope that my eyes don&#8217;t have a serious problem because I don&#8217;t want my eyes to be damaged.  :-(</p>
<p>If I&#8217;m going to buy a pair of <a href="http://www.zennioptical.com/">prescription eyeglasses</a>, I&#8217;d make sure I&#8217;ll buy it from a store which offers great customer service.   One of the great customer service practives that the optical store could offer is an eye doctor service so that I don&#8217;t need to go from a clinic to a store.  It would be a great convenience if the doctor is also in the store, another thing is I want the staff to be smiling, friendly and accomodating. I&#8217;m sure nobody would like to go to a store run by unfriendly staff, one wouldnt feel comfortable dealing with them.  Lastly, I want an item which is of great quality and a reasonable price. We all want to get the value of your money, right?</p>

I am a believer of this, and I thank God because for a long time now I have not been hospitalized.  What I do to prevent illness is I practice healthy living,  one of my unhealthy practices though is not sleeping at night because I work at night.  But I always see to it that I visit a physician whenever I feel something weird in me.  I&#8217;d rather find out what it is immediately than wait for it to become serious.   Thank to my company for providing all of its emloyees with a health insurance.  We don&#8217;t need to worry about how much to pay because the insurance pays for it.</p>
