I’m reading the book, Winning with People, written by John Maxwell. I like about the things that he wrote on that book. One of the topics that i like most is about his entry on relating with people and your character. He said that character is everything. You need to build trust and credibility to other people so that they would believe in you and in return you can build lasting relationship with each other. It is important that we are always honest, genuine and sincere when relating with people because they would know whether or not you fake it.
