Condotel property is now becoming popular in real estate industry. Condotel means condominium-hotel. Most condotel units can be purchased as a residential condo or vacation homes to buyers who would just stay in their unit a couple of weeks or months and then rent it out to other people when they are not using their property.

Usually, the unit owner pays a certain amount to a property management or hotel operator of a certain condotel project so that s/he can get the condotel rental pool which is divided among the unit owners on a certain period of time depending on the agreement with the condotel operator.
