“There are many ways to kill a cat” as  the saying goes and I believe that there are many ways to lose weight too.   There are diets that work and diets that won’t work, slimming drink which are effective and those that are not, exercise regimen that will burn your fat and those that won’t work effectively.   There are many diets that have been formulated in the past, which include Atkins diet, South beach diet, raw diet, etc.  I think in order for a diet to work one should go back to basic. One should know which nutrients needs to be ingested more. To me, what works are – eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking room or warm water instead of soda, instant juice or iced tea, eating small meals, and not eating sweet and salty foods.
