It was Oct 19 when I thought I would finally see and hold my PRC license/ID as a registered nurse but my excitement was suddenly replaced with disappointment when I finally stood in front of Window 14 where I should supposedly claim my ID. What I saw there was a notice that says “ID of all nurses who registered after Sept 10 is not yet available” and a telephone number which we were told to call in order to get information when the ID will be available.  It was 1 month and 9 days after I have registered, in times like that I could only wish that government agencies would improve their service to the Filipino people.  The employees need to work efficiently and effectively so that they can deliver the deadline that they gave to their customers.  They need to consider that people went there and spent time and money hoping that they would get what they intend to get but to no avail .
