Just recently, my friend and I were talking about the modern technology and the modern diseases too, that are appearing right before us. We know many different advanced technology and what it can do to counter the illnesses in the modern times and yet, they are still not enough to heal those or alleviate the suffering of the patients.
So, we concluded that in order to counter the modern diseases, people really need to go back to basic, and back to organic. What do I mean when I said back to basic? It means that we need to be watchful about the food that we intake, the fluids that we drink, our lifestyle, the way we cook and the ingredients of the food that we cook.
In selecting foods, we should be aware that we are buying are not grown dependent to the chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and other dangerous substances that growers are adding to their plants. Buy foods that are grown organically. When we buy something to drink, ask ourselves, is it natural or made using food color, synthetic flavors, and refined sugar?
Do you still exercise or you are dependent on diet pills just to lose the fat belly?
When you cook, do you always buy instant or ready to eat foods? Are you fond of eating fried dishes?Maybe you should go back to healthful way of cooking before it’s too late. Why don’t you try healthy grilling instead of frying, healthy boiling instead of microwaving? There are so many healthy choices that we can do just to save us from detrimental sickness in the future. One famous author said, “Prevention is better than cure”.
