Are you in charge of purchasing your office supplies? I bet you want your office to always have complete set of office supplies so that every employee can work effectively and efficiently. However, as the custodian of office supplies you want it not to be misused and wasted. Here are some tips on how to conserve office supplies:
1. To save for a book paper and ink. When you are printing, make sure that the document you are printing is correct so that you do not enp up correcting it and reprinting it or better yet, make a draft by printing it on economy mode and using the other page of used paper.
2. To save for pen. Put a mark on the pen so when you lost it or misplaced within the office, it can be returned to you.
Conserve as much as you can. Love the environment.
