It’s been a month now since I started to work full time again and I noticed that I loss several inches. I haven’t taken any weight loss supplements, though, and I am also eating heavy meals. I believe that few of the reasons why I lose weight and lose several inches is lack of sleep and maybe the work load. I remember I read from a book that when the mind is active, it contributes to making the metabolism faster.
