I realize that working at night requires me to be more healthy, so I eat on time, get enough sleep, take food/diet supplements, drink enough amount of water, rest, etc. My body clock is still adjusting until now. My fisrt week was the worst, I think. During my first week, I was getting around 4 hours of sleep only, didn’t feel hungry and didn’t have enough rest.To act upon these changes, I see to it that I eat on time even if I dont feel hungry, drink at least 2 liters of water every night and religiously taking supplements. I need to have stronger immune system this time.
