Should I decide to go to gym for a work out, my goal is to have my abdomen muscle become flat and perfect. I want to use a weight equipment that will work on my abdominal muscles but I want it to comfortable too. Maybe a position sitting upright with support throughout the entire range of motion duting my exercise would be great. I want a light exercise but will give me optimum result.
Right now, I do crunches but I don’t think it’s enough to make my abdominal muscles look perfect and in shape so I must go to gym soon.
