It has been 2 days since I arrived home and I feel so refreshed. I have been sleeping early and wake up early and feel refreshed. When I was in Manila, I would sleep at around 1AM and wake up 9AM and yet still feel sleepy. In the province, 10PM is already late bed time, we usually sleep in the province around9PM and wake up 6AM. I read from a book that the best time to sleep is 10PM because this is the time when the body starts to repair and last up to 2AM. That’s why you would notice that when you sleep early and you wake up early, you feel great.
There are many fresh fruits in the province too. My mother has planted many papayas and we eat fresh papaya everyday.
Life in the province is great because of healthy lifestyle.
