I had an exhausting yet very productive week. I had an average of 3-4 hours of sleep since Wednesday until today. On Friday-Saturday, I was 25 hours awake! I believe that the effort that I have been putting to my real estate job will soon be rewarded.
Looking at the projects that I am going to offer to my clients who are looking for a condominium unit, townhouse, house and lot makes me feel good that I am going to offer them the product that gives them value to their money. I am accredited with DMCI, Avida, SM Development Corporation, Ayala, Wil-Vic, Camella, Vista Land, Eton, Grand Monaco, Pro-friends and other developers. All of them have something to offer depending on what the buyer wants.
Whenever I go to the projects’ model units, I always admire its interior. Interior design really makes a huge difference. It can make the unit looks larger and spacious, cozy and welcoming, and lastly it gives an idea and a vision of what one could have once the condominium unit or the townhouse is finished. The curtains, blinds, cellular blinds and shades are the second ones to attract me whenever I enter the model units.
