Psalm 92:12-13 (New International Version)
12 The righteous will flourish like a palm tree,
they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon;
13 planted in the house of the LORD,
they will flourish in the courts of our God.
5 Lessons from PALM TREE
1. It is deeply rooted, so it is not easily uprooted.
The depth of your your love to God and your loved ones depends on how deeply you are rooted to God’s word. Have the right root and foundation. Choose the word of God to be your foundation.
2. You can cut a palm tree but you can’t kill it.
In life, it’s up to us to be affected by circumstance around us. Nothing would affect us without our permission!
3. The palm tree will bend but it will never break.
Storms in life are sure to come and God’s word is the truth…much more than your circumstances. Have faith and believe in His promises. You are made to outlast the storm.
4. The fruit of the palm tree is preserved.
5. Cold will kill a palm tree.
Do you still feel the warmth of your love to God or you’re getting cold? Coldness will kill any relationship, so keep it warm and hot.
We are destined to be victorious! Jeremiah 29: 11 – For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
