Batteries are very important. I believe that it affects everybody and it makes us live in conveniently and comfortably. Batteries power up your gadgets, vehicles, watch, electronic devices, the planes, boats, industrial plants, etc because they produce electric charge to enable your stuff to work. Without batteries, life would not be easy and light. Thanks to the intelligent people who invented the batteries in the past.

March is almost over, we have two more months of sunny days. This is the best month to go out of town, go to the beach, near the bodies of water and to the much, much cooler places like Baguio and Tagaytay. Perhaps go to the beach like Boracay, Panglao, Palawan Batangas, Puerto Galeria. And if you can afford to travel, go to Bali, Phuket, Europe, America, Canada, Caribbean, and Greece.
If you go to the beach resorts, the familiar sight that you will see would be a long row of big, colorful outdoor umbrellas. Now, I can imagine how it is to be in one of the most go to destination beaches in the Philippines. I wonder when can I go back there? Where would you like to go to this Summer?

I love reading the book of Proverbs in the bible as it give me wisdom and insights about love. King Solomon wrote the book of Proverbs and it’s said that King Solomon was the wisest king that ever lived. Being wise will save a person from trouble. Although, we may experience hardship and difficulties, but with the guidance from the Lord and having a wise decision on what to do next, any hardship will soon be gone. To the young and reckless people, what you need is enough dose of guidance so that you can be prudent in your decision making.
How can you be wise? One very important thing that you ought to have is faith in God and a deep knowledge and love for Him; have yourself surrounded with mature, wise and successful people, read good books and last but not least a positive attitude, teachable mind and a humble heart.
I am a thrifty person. If there is a way to save I will do it. That’s why I am addicted to buying discounted quality items so for me to save. For example, I would go home on an off-0ff peak season so that I could get a very low air fare. I would go to an online discount deal so that I could get a spa at a very decent price. In short I am a discount coupon addict. Also, whenever I buy something online, I look for promo codes so that I would get an additional discount. Why pay more if you can get the same thing at discounted price?
Just today, I was happy to discover the redenvelope coupons. It offers discount coupons and promo codes that you can use whenever you buy something and get a nice discount. Isn’t it great?
When I was in high school I used to have a subject called Home Economics. In that class, we studied wood works, therefore, I learned how to use some hand tools.
I find it useful to have hand tools available such as screw drivers at home. It will allow you to repair a small damage right away, thus, you will not spend more on repair. It’s always wise to repair something at the onset of the damage than to wait for it to be irreparable.
In the boarding where I live, I can repair small stuff without bothering my landlady and having her pay someone to do the job. I was able to put a padlock at the door of the room to avoid something from being lost. In this way, if something will ever be lost, I know that it was me. Either I misplaced the stuff or I left it somewhere. Using the hand tools, I can also open my fan and clean it regularly. In this way, I don’t have to bring it to the shop to have it cleaned. I have a clean fan and I have saved money.
I have been exposed to a lot of condo units and model units of the projects that I am selling. All of them are nice interior designed. It’s amazing how a small unit with an area of around 25 square meters could look spacious and big. It’s amazing how the interior designers can mix the colors, design of the wall paper, furniture and fixture in such a way that they blend perfectly resulting to a homey, welcoming, and cozy home.
In all of the model units however, I have not seen any decorative switch plate covers yet. I believe that it will be nice to see one, too as they will add accent to the design of the unit.

One of the things that I dreaded most is to be stucked in traffic on my way to a very important event. The nightmare of missing something very important that costs you big time. It reminds me of my experience a year ago when I missed the NCLEX examination. Last Friday on my way to the airport, I faced the same dilemma again and all I could do is pray that I arrive on time and God answered it.
The taxi driver gave me a tip. He said that in the morning, never pass by EDSA if you are coming from Quezon City to Makati. It’s best that you go via C5, he said it’s safe to go via EDSA in the afternoon. So, I am keeping this in mind. No to EDSA in the morning if I am not on the MRT.
Concerned on how you can contribute to make the earth a better place to live? I think in our small ways all of us have the ability to contribute in our small way. We can always make use of the famous Reuse, Reduce and Recycle method. One of the basic things that I think is not littering and segregating the garbage properly at home.
One of my dreams is to have my own house with a nice backyard so that I can do gardening during my free time. However, if I won’t have a big backyard, I can also do vertical gardening. I envision myself using natural fertilizer through composting. Since, the space would be limited for the compost materials, using compost tumblers would be a great idea. It is space saving and it gives you the result that you want – natural fertilizer.
Everyday, we throw a huge amount of biodegradable waste materials. These waste materials will not always be waste as they can be turned to something useful. It’s up for you to choose whether or not they would remain a waste or something useful.

Did you notice that whenever you go to a supermarket and pay for the stuff that you purchase, the cashier makes the job so fast by just scanning the barcode labels on the items? Gone are the days that they enter the price of the item manually to the cash register. But sometimes, whenever the scanner does not scan the barcode label properly, the cashier has to enter the barcode manually to the POS system, which makes the time even longer compared to just entering the price of the item manually because the code has a multiple characters.
In my previous job, we distribute items to supermarkets, before the items are displayed, me make sure the all of them have barcode labels. The barcode labels are printed using a printer specifically for a barcode label printer. If you haven’t seen a barcode label printer yet, here’s one.
