When I was a child, the smallest portable music player that was in was walkman, then it discman came and then MP3.  The first MP3 that came out in the market had a capacity of 56MB to 512MB.  MP3 players before was so expensive that only few people had it.  Apple made a revolutionary product for MP3 player when they first introduced ipods in the market.  They had the coolest design as well as biggest capacity at 1GB.  During that time, that capacity is really huge, until all the other manufacturer came out with higher and higher capacity but I believe ipods are stil unbeatable.  Ipods have different sizes, capacity and model that fits the user’s preference.  It’s not very expensive to buy ipods nowadays, so you can easily get one for you.
