Proclamation 1064 for Boracay Island
Boracay Island Proclamation 1064 has been one the news headlines since yesterday which says that Boracay Island is Reserved Forest and Agricultural Land, therefore, public domain, and nobody can own a piece of land there except for some titled properties and agricultural land areas. In the news, resort owners and residents of Boracay has applied for motion for recosideration and were having rally against the proclamation.
The news sounds great for the properties that hold a title such as the Alta Vista de Boracay condotel.
I received an update that Crown Regency Resort and Convention Center Boracay, the condotel project which I offer for investment and all the other hotels of Crown Regency to be developed in Boracay are located in Agricultural Land or Boracay, therefore, land can be applied for a title later on. Investors may not worry about their investment in Crown Regency because it’s a legitimate investment which is very much profitable in the future.
I will be posting a map of Boracay showing agricultural land and forest land so that those who have investment may be informed whether their investment is good or not.
