I started my night work schedule this week and I found it hard to sleep at day on my first day. I only had 3 hours of sleep on Monday, 3.5 hours of sleep on Tuesday and I got a breaktrough come Wednesday, which I got 5 hours of sleep. Here are the things that I found helpful to get longer time of sleep at day.1. Sleep in your most comfortable position.2. Darken your room3. Think as if it’s a night time and you need to sleep.4. Make a goal on the length of time of sleep you need to get5. Stop drinking coffee after 3AM. Drink water to wash off caffeine from your body (I am not sure if this is possible)6. Sleep immediately when you get home.
