Tips on Losing Weight

I watched Oprah’s episode last night about losing weigth with coach and book author Bob Greene.  He mentioned 5 tips on losing weight as follows:

1. Get moving

2. Stop eating meals 2 hours before your bedtime

3. Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily, increase intake if you are active

4. Eat 3 healthy meals a day, avoid fried foods

5. Stop drinking alcohol.

I am not fat though but I am always interested on  how to maintain my weigth and help my overwight friend who has been wanting to lose weight since the day I met her. LOL. I am thin and has the ideal body weight for my height but then my problem is my belly. I dont have the flat and lean belly…Last week I started to make it a point to move my belly. I crunch, bend, inhale and exhale and other things that can make my belly move…Oh, I don’t eat much rice too…Haha!

I dream that one day, I will be able to set up home gyms so I can have flat belly and  tone muscle as well.
