Pastor Carlo talked about trials, tests and temptations in church yesterday.  He taught us that whenever a trial, test or a temptation comes our way, that means that we can overcome it because Jesus, our Saviour, has overcome every temptation that he faced.  Hearing a preaching like this makes me stronger inside and I believe that I can overcome any trial that may come my way.

I didn’t expect that I would encounter a big test a day after I heard my pastor’s teaching.  It’s a very big test that it hurts me so much and it made me brain dead for minutes.  I didn’t know what to do, but I did something anyway, which, I don’t know what will be the consequences.

Anyway, I believe that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord.  It is stated in Romans 8:28.

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

That means if you love God, He will make sure that you will accomplish the purpose that God has given you no matter what happens.  Good things or bad things that happen will be used by God so that in the end His name will be glorify because you have made the very purpose that He wants you to do.

I believe that God is in control, therefore, I can be victorious in this test that I am facing. It may hurt me, but God knows what’s best for me.  I may have committed many mistakes in my life, but I know God still loves me.
