According to a book which I read a couple of years ago, there are two type of person when in comes to eating. One is a person who live to eat and another is a person who eat to live. Can you identify the difference? A person who live to eat is the one who eat as if there is no tomorrow to the point of getting extra curves (in wrong place:-D) and those who eat to live are those who eat with purpose – eating only what could nourish a make them healthy. For those people who eat to live, I believe self-discipline is a great ingredient to their daily activities. They don’t have a problem on losing extra weight and concerning which is the best weight loss products for them. So if you don’t want to worry about losing weight, discipline yourself to eat only what is enough and needed. Be healthy!
